Travis

Travis Marello (porytayed by Ben Feldman) is a minor character in Cloverfield. He has no relationships with the other characters outside of Beth McIntyre. He is her date to Rob's going-away party, and possibe attempt to make Rob jealous (though its not likely). Travis and Beth both leave before the monster attacks.

Bio

Travis is first seen entering the apartment with Beth. He comes off as polite and kind to the others, despite their initial suspcision of him. He conversates mainly with Beth and a few party goers at the party. When Hud comes to Beth to request a testimonial, Beth asks Travis to get them some drinks. Travis does so and is seen twice carrying a pair of drinks, looking for Beth, before she comes to get him after her fight with Rob. Travis is the first out the apartment door as a bitter Rob says, "Good luck tonight, Travis" to Beth. It is hinted by the brief turn of his head that Travis heard these words.

Trivia

• It is revealed in the Cloverfield Blu-Ray Notations that Travis left Manhattan Island (via his car) before the events of the movie began. He left via the Lincoln Tunnel and went to his home in Weehawken. He was at home through the duration of the attack.
